Responsibilities will include: preparing consulting agreements and construction contracts; keeping accurate records ensuring all requirements are met by contractors and consultants; coding, processing and routing of contract invoices; maintaining up-to-date payment histories on all contracts; and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets for all real estate projects.
