Tejon Ranch Co. is seeking a Director of Entitlement Permitting for its Headquarters office in Lebec, California.
Must be highly motivated, organized and efficient. The Director of Environmental Permitting will contribute to the development of strategic direction for the planning and entitlements team in its efforts to obtain entitlements for development of a master planned community in the San Joaquin Valley as well as project-focused and Ranch-wide environmental permits. Associated responsibilities will include overseeing and directing numerous technical, design, and legal consultants. This position requires that the candidate be well-versed in CEQA, NEPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations and development permit processes. Must have a minimum of 5 years in management of entitlement and/or regulatory permit processing, and a Bachelor's degree in planning, political science, business or related field. Company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
